Throughout the evening, Amelia will introduce exceptional Cabernets from Wynns in Coonawarra, Australia, and Beaulieu Vineyards in Napa Valley, California. Following the tasting, Chef Kochhar and his expert team will serve a meticulously crafted three-course dinner, showcasing the very best of his signature Pan-Indian fine dining.
