Yui grew up in a vibrant Thai-Chinese family where food was the heart of daily life. Her passion for Thai cuisine has taken her from winning national cooking competitions to starring on TV shows like Beat the Chef, and collaborating with the Tourism Authority of Thailand.

For one night only, Yui will bring her award-winning skills to Vaasu Restaurant, presenting a special 5-course “Taste of Thai” menu – three courses designed by Yui herself, alongside two signature courses from Atul Kochhar. Vegetarian options will be available.
