Hyderabadi cuisine is renowned for its richness, refinement and royal heritage, blending Mughal influences with the bold spices and flavours of South Eastern India.

Our Taste of Hyderabad menu, which will be available for one night only at Vaasu, celebrates the dishes that define the region, from crisp Masala Vada and tangy Gongura Idly to beautifully spiced Tawa Macchi and the iconic Hyderabadi Biryani, layered with fragrant basmati rice and warming spices.

The evening concludes with Double Ka Meetha Aur Khubani – a decadent combination of stewed apricot, saffron rabri and fried bread, offering a true taste of Hyderabad’s love for indulgence and balance.
