Following a surprise amuse bouche washed down with a glass of Atul Kochhar signature sparkling wine, the vegan tasting menu features delights such as red kidney bean patties with plum tomato chutney; tandoori artichokes, fritters, and lemon korma; new potato stuffed with soya and raisin plus mint and tomato chutney; aubergine steaks with peanut korma; and a decadent chocolate and citrus mousse for dessert.
