Offering the ultimate New Year’s Eve party experience, highlights from the night’s menu are set to include the likes of grilled lobster with scallop, pak choi and saffron korma sauce; tandoori guinea fowl with spiced roast potatoes, tikka masala sauce, truffle ghee mushroom kulcha; pan fried turbot with spiced pumpkin and a tomato and apricot sauce; dark chocolate and Madeira mousse; and more.

Our six course menu is set to include a selection of snacks to start; decadent guinea fowl croquettes; spiced smoked salmon with avocado and garlic cream; free range roast turkey; Christmas pudding with trifle, baked apple pies and brandy crème Anglaise; plus mince pies with tea or coffee to finish.
We’re serving a gorgeous Festive Lunch at Vaasu in the lead up to the big day.
Offering a selection of fishes guaranteed to get you into the New Year spirit, the Festive Lunch menu includes sumptuous dishes such as crisp fried prawns with lentil dumplings, tamarind, yoghurt and mint chutney; red chilli-infused chicken tikka with kumquat and kachumber salad; lamb biryani balls with pomegranate raita; smoked and roasted cauliflower with coconut korma; an apple and cinnamon samosa with ginger ice cream and toffee sauce; and more.
Additional bolt-on dishes are also available, including delicious mini vegetable samosas, tandoori sea bass, prawn pepper fry, and tasty potato cakes.
